What You’ll Do 
Looking for an opportunity to lead the management of a safe, attractive, and functional workplace that supports an exceptional employee experience. Skilled in developing, implementing, and maintaining facility programs focused on continuous improvement, automation, global alignment, and best practices—all while strategically minimizing financial exposure for TTEC

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Oversees space planning and management, including office layouts, furniture moves, reconfigurations, and process improvements.
  • Conducts regular headcount and growth assessments to forecast and plan future space requirements.
  • Manages day-to-day facility operations to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
  • Serves as the primary liaison with landlords, vendors, and government agencies for permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leads the Facilities team to meet departmental SLAs and KPIs, overseeing technicians, coordinators, reception, security, and vendor-managed services.
  • Maintains and ensures optimal performance of facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, elevators, utilities, UPS, FDAS, and emergency generators.
  • Establishes and manages OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
  • Develops and enforces vendor performance standards for janitorial, security, and maintenance services.
  • Communicates proactively with stakeholders regarding facility projects, maintenance activities, and service timelines.
  • Implements and monitors safety, security, and risk management policies, including information security compliance.
  • Leads disaster preparedness, emergency response, and recovery initiatives in coordination with corporate headquarters.
  • Maintains up-to-date architectural drawings, floor plans, and fixed asset records.
  • Serves as point of contact for environmental, health, and safety compliance and related government coordination (DOLE, BFP, PEZA, DENR).
  • Acts as Emergency Control Organization (ECO) Commander during emergencies, ensuring timely response and recovery actions.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in facilities or workplace management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CCTV, elevators, utilities, UPS, and fire protection systems (FDAS).
  • Proven experience in space planning, office fit-outs, and site maintenance.
  • Skilled in budget management, including OPEX/CAPEX planning, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and government coordination (DOLE, BFP, PEZA, DENR).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
  • Strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, including risk mitigation and emergency preparedness.
