Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We are pleased to offer all employees access to our Employee Assistance Program, administered by Workplace Options.
Through the EAP, you and members of your household have free real-time 24/7 access to confidential counseling and resources to help with stress or anxiety, work-life harmony, managing life changes, improving relationships, caring for children or elders, life coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, and even financial hardship. There are many reasons you may need employment and/or wage verification. Some of the most common reasons include applying for a home or car loan, credit applications, and renting an apartment. Creditors will often verify the employment and wages of potential customers prior to approving loans of any kind.

Rehires and Reinstatements
Rehire
An employee returning to TTEC beyond 30 days of when they terminated is considered a rehire and the employee receives a 30-day window in which to make elections. Benefits then become effective on the 1st of the month, following 30 days.
Reinstatement
An employee returning to TTEC within 30 days of termination is considered a reinstatement and our benefits administrator will reinstate previous coverage that was in place prior to termination, regardless of tenure. This includes reinstatement of prior benefits if elected, or no benefit elections if none were elected. Benefits are effective Day 1.
Reinstatements occur when an employee is rehired into the same eligibility group they terminated out of. If an employee returns to TTEC in a different eligibility group, our benefits administrator will treat this as a rehire and the enrollment opportunity outlined for rehires above will apply.
If someone is with TTEC less than 30 days, terminates, and then returns within those 30 days, any elected benefits would be reinstated. However, if there are no benefits, it is assumed that they did not have a chance to make elections and they will be given a 30-day window in which to elect because there are
