Please visit our microsite within 24 hours of concluding your employment to arrange your equipment return. You can ship your equipment through FedEx or drop it off at a nearby site.

The Return Process

I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do. How do I return my equipment?

Our records indicate you were provided with a TTEC computer and other supporting equipment. Since your employment with TTEC has ended, we need all equipment returned. To make this process easy, we offer a couple of solutions that you can arrange at the Equipment Returns website.

I’m having technical problems with the website. How do I return my equipment?

Please email returns@ttec.com and provide your full name, Oracle ID, phone number, personal email and a description of the problem you’re experiencing. We’ll get back to you within one business day.

How can I check the status of my equipment return?

Please email returns@ttec.com and provide your Oracle ID and confirmation number if possible.

 

Returning equipment to a TTEC site

Can I drop off my items at a site?

Yes. Please fill out the form on the Equipment Returns website and select that option in the drop-down menu. If you need to change your drop of date/time, please visit returns.ttec.com to reschedule your return or change your equipment return method.

I don’t live near a TTEC site. Is there another option for returning my equipment?

We also offer a shipping solution through FedEx that can be arranged from the Equipment Returns website.

 

Shipping equipment back to TTEC

I’d like to ship my equipment, but I don’t have a printer to print my labels. What should I do?

Please email returns@ttec.com with your full name, Oracle ID, phone number and personal email and let them know that you cannot print your return labels. The return labels will then be mailed to you. You may also choose the returns website option stating that you ‘do not have packing material’ and you will be provided with a FedEx QR code which can be used/shown (using your cell phone) at a FedEx shipping center. They will then pack and ship your equipment to TTEC on your behalf.

Can I ship my equipment via USPS or another courier?

TTEC only has a shipping solution with FedEx. Should you prefer to use a different provider, TTEC does not have a way to cover your shipping cost.

How do I locate the nearest FedEx?

You can find the nearest FedEx by visiting https://local.fedex.com/.

I don’t have packing materials or a box. How do I ship my equipment?

(US only) We offer a pack and ship option through FedEx that can be arranged from this website at https://returns.ttec.com/

(Canada only) Please email returns@ttec.com and provide your full name, Oracle ID, shipping address, and request for boxes/packing material. The team will work to coordinate and send any required boxes/packing material.

I have more than 1 box of equipment to return. What are my options?

You can select to get up to 3 return labels when you select the option stating that you ‘have packing material’.

If you do not have packing material/box, you can choose the option stating that you ‘do not have packing material’ and you will be provided with a FedEx QR code which can be used at a FedEx shipping center, and they will pack your equipment.

I lost my shipping label. How can I reprint it?

Please email returns@ttec.com and provide your full name, Oracle ID, phone number, personal email and a description of the problem you’re experiencing. We’ll get back to you within one business day.
