Private Medical Insurance

From Day 1 all employees are entitled to enroll on the ConnectCare 100 scheme with Laya Healthcare. The plans provide comprehensive benefits, including reimbursement on every day medical expenses, cardiac coverage, child health care and maternity services, EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and more!

Signing up for Laya Healthcare

Once you’ve started training, you’ll be able to sign up for Laya Healthcare.

Sick Days

You are entitled to ½ paid sick day per month worked after probation has finished, with a total of 6 paid sick days per year.

Contact a General Practitioner (GP) near you (you can find a GP near you via the HSE website). You pay at the time of the appointment and upload your claim (your receipt of payment) to the Laya Healthcare Member App. Once your claim is processed you will receive partial remittance depending on your Medical Insurance Plan.

Vision Reimbursement

TTEC will match the cost of one yearly eye test and contribute on the cost of prescription glasses or lenses. You can create your Eye Care Reimbursement Form in Ask Now after training.

Employee Assistance Program

Provided through Laya, all of our employees can access a range of services from Legal and Financial Information to Career Guidance and Counselling services. Contact Laya Healthcare’s Employee Assistance Program directly and in confidence on 1800 911 909 or on their website.

Group Income Protection

Through Irish Life, this cover provides both financial and practical support to you if you’re absent from work due to long-term illness or injury by paying you up to 66.66% of your annual salary.

Life Insurance

TTEC offers Group Life and Accidental Death Insurance provided at 4x your annual base salary through our partnership with Irish Life. You are eligible for this insurance from your first day a the company. You can download the Irish Life App for Android or for IoS to keep up to date on your cover.

Pensions and Retirement

TTEC offers employees a PRSA Pension Scheme. The Personal Retirement Savings Account is a flexible personal policy allowing you to transfer your PRSA to a new employer if you move jobs, without the hassle of transfer charges. Minimum contribution of your yearly salary is 3%, TTEC will match your contribution up to this 3%. To calculate your pension expectation, visit the Pension Authority Calculator.
