How to join the training
Induction Training
Your career with TTEC starts with an induction training and your participation is mandatory, meaning that no annual leave will be approved for the training period. The duration is 3 weeks, and the schedule is Monday to Friday (including breaks of course).
Successful completion of your training occurs once you’ve passed your final assessment.
Week 1
Your first week involves an introduction to the company’s operations and theoretical training. We are committed to making this week engaging and interactive.
Week 2
During your second week, you’ll dive deeper into the company’s processes, gaining practical knowledge through observation and hands-on practice.
Week 3
Your third week marks the completion of the training program, where you’ll need to pass a theoretical examination.
Training at the office?
You'll have a Meet & Greet with the trainer and the rest of the trainees.
Training remotely?
You will receive a virtual meeting invitation from your trainer, to join the training remotely with your camera that was provided.

We know paperwork is everyone’s favorite…well, not really but it is an essential part of your onboarding process. You’ll complete the requested paperwork online. Stay on top of your emails for any requests coming your way as well.
