Base Pay

Your base pay is targeted to be competitive to the market rate. It may be raised through merit increases based on performance or increases reflective of new skills and responsibilities acquired.

Healthcare is personal, so TTEC offers options that empower you to choose coverage that fits your life, your family, and your needs.

- Three medical plans with prescription coverage available nationwide (plus a fourth plan in certain locations)

- Option to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

- Telemedicine for virtual, 24/7 care, including behavioral health

- Access to a user-friendly app or health care navigation

Specialized care


TTEC offers a variety of specialized care programs to support your unique health care needs.

Bloom is a virtual women’s pelvic health service offering one-on-one support from a Pelvic Health Specialist and comprehensive care for often-dismissed health issues.

Livongo Whole Person Programs support employees enrolled in a TTEC medical plan who are pre-diabetic, diabetic, or hypertensive. The program can offer supplies, equipment, coaching, and community.

Maven provides comprehensive women’s and family heath services, including fertility and family building, maternity and newborn care, parenting and pediatrics, menopause and ongoing care.

Pelago Health provides 24/7 virtual care for managing tobacco, alcohol, opioid and cannabis use. Learn to identify triggers with digital Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), effectively manage cravings, and track your progress and accomplishments.

Sword is a virtual physical therapy program that can help prevent and treat acute, chronic, and postsurgical pain of the lower back, shoulder, neck, hip, knee, elbow, ankle, and wrist.

Transcarent is a center of excellence (COE) that ensures high-quality care with personalized support at a predictable and reasonable cost. Use of Transcarent is required for all spine or joint replacement surgeries and encouraged, though optional for all other services, including cancer and cardiac conditions.

Mental health program

At TTEC, it’s ok to acknowledge our shared humanness and talk about life and mental health. One way we honor our commitment to the mental health and wellbeing of our employees is through our It’s Ok, We’re All Human program. Through this initiative, we’re proud to provide:

- Education and training to help individuals recognize when they or others may be struggling and how to best support

- An array of resources, including the Calm app

- Access to behavioral health services via our telemedicine offerings

- The Employee Assistance Program (see below)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)


The EAP offers all employees and their immediate family members support to manage challenges in their personal and work lives - at no cost. Plus, you don’t need to be enrolled in a TTEC medical plan to take advantage of EAP services and get the help you need, including:

- Short-term professional counseling services

- Resources on a variety of topics, including stress, worklife balance, parenting, relationships, family matters, grief, substance abuse, legal, and financial

- Up to six (6) in-person or virtual counseling sessions per year per need

*Only those enrolled in the Choice HSA medical plan are eligible to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA).

**An exception process is available, though not guaranteed, to accommodate individuals who may experience significant inconvenience due to the proximity of services.

Financial & Income Protection in the United States

401(k) Plan


Help us help you by investing in your future and saving for retirement with our 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. TTEC provides a 50% matching contribution for each dollar you contribute to your 401(k) up to 6. This means that when you contribute 6% of your eligible pay, TTEC contributes an additional 3% that’s the equivalent of 9% to your pay invested in your future each pay period.

Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance


- Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage are provided by TTEC, at no cost to you, at 1x your  annual base pay, up to a maximum of $200,000

- Employees have the option to elect voluntary Short-Term Disability and/or Long-Term Disability, if eligible

Personalize your benefits coverage


Voluntary benefits empower TTEC employees to personalize their coverage and take advantage of significant savings. Options include Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage, as well as a Legal Plan, Identity Theft Protection, and Spot Pet Insurance. Supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage are also available.

Education assistance


TTEC encourages employees to elevate their careers in ways that are meaningful to them. Our tuition reimbursement program supports eligible employees in pursuing job-related education. The program offers reimbursement (up to annual limits) for courses taken toward a degree at an accredited college, university, trade school, or technical school. TTEC’s certification program offers up-front payment for expenses related to earning a certification.
