Talent Scout
What you’ll be doing:
Bringing smiles is what we do at TTEC… for you and the customer. As a Talent Scout working onsite or hybrid in Cairo, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
Our Talent Scout team build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong client-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers and recruiters and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.
You’ll report to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition for EMEA. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
• Implementing high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates that meet our client's specifications
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social networks and other tools
• Build and maintain a talent pool for our key roles and languages
• Conducting comprehensive market and competitor’s analysis
• Measuring and reporting on sourcing metrics
• Follow up with internal referrals
What You Bring to the Role:
• At least 1 years’ experience in a sourcing role
• Demonstrated experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, social recruiting, engaging candidate outreach)
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken; A second EMEA language is advantageous
• Experience with Taleo or similar ATS
• Experience in multinational environment (especially in BPO sector) as a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, change driven environment
• Positive attitude and drive for success
• Strong attention to detail
