Job Details
Applies only for the new hires.
$5,000 MXN upon graduate from training (5 weeks) and Nesting (4 weeks), at the end of the first 9 weeks and with a minimum requirement of 95% attendance during those 9 weeks.
$5,000 MXN upon completion of a total of 16 weeks (7 additional weeks to the first 9), with a minimum attendance requirement of 92% during those 7 weeks.
$5,000 MXN upon complete 4 weeks in production (after completing the first 16 weeks), with a minimum requirement of 92% attendance during those 4 weeks.
