Human Resources Generalist  - Warsaw / Poland

6 Months Fixed Term Contract 

What you’ll be doing: 

You will be a member of a great team in Poland. You will be competent in Human Resources related matters and be a trustworthy partner for employees and managers. You will deliver HR processes to managers and employees across the country whilst identifying improvements needed with proposed solutions. You will cooperate with other Human Resources teams (Payroll, TA, Timekeeping and Shared Services) as well as external vendors and authorities to deliver a great employee experience. You will make sure the high standard of excellence is met and want to develop a great career with the support and development from TTEC .

The Role

  • You will deliver and contribute to the very best employee experience.
  • You will help with onboarding new hires and all associated documentation needed.
  • You will perform assigned tasks in a timely manner, with a high level of ownership and performance.
  • Using your experience, you will anticipate obstacles and think ahead about next steps.
  • Leading and coordinating standard team tasks involving other team members.
  • Care about good collaboration with other teams on HR related matters.
  • Sharing and seeking information, ideas, solutions and resources with others openly.
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes or making systems more efficient.
  • Efficient use of time and resources through effective planning of individual work.
  • When you are performing tasks, you will always have the employee experience at the heart of what we do and take into consideration team goals and company strategy.
  • Understand the part your role plays in delivering a great employee experience.
  • Recognize and respect the diverse ideas, perspectives and values of others.
  • Deliver onboarding and manager training on HR Processes and procedures.

What skills you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1 years HR/HC
  • Good knowledge of local labor law and HC regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Polish languages
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and responsible, with ability to work under pressure and prioritize your own work effectively.
  • A “can do attitude.”
  • Passion for doing the right thing the right way!

  • You use shared drives for data maintenance to ensure that every team member uses the same source of information.
  • You proactively promote usage of corporate tools and explain HR procedures to be followed by employees and managers.     
  • You think creatively and critically, developing or changing plans in anticipation of future events and consequences.
  • You will partner and work cooperatively with others, as part of a wider team.
  • You are not afraid to share and seek information, ideas, solutions, and resources with others.
  • You are not afraid to admit mistakes you made because you understand that this is the way to learn, receive feedback and improve.
  • You are not afraid of asking questions and seeking advice when needed from others in the team.
