What You’ll Do
Ready for an opportunity to be a key player in fostering a seamless operation at our global headquarters? You'll go beyond typical facilities tasks, partnering with leadership to cultivate a smooth-functioning and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Your days will be filled with variety, from preparing for global town halls and other high-impact meetings with the executive team to coordinating maintenance with the landlord. But one constant remains: your focus on crafting amazing experiences and a positive work atmosphere.

You’ll report to the Real Estate & Facilities Executive Director. You’ll make an impact by ensuring our corporate site operates seamlessly.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Be the welcoming face of TTEC, answer & direct phone calls, prepare for meetings, support the team’s needs, ensure a positive first impression, and exceed expectations with your warm and professional approach

·Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office space through proactive maintenance, addressing any issues that arise efficiently and manage site vendors, such as security, janitors, and other contractors.

·Develop and maintain a positive and productive relationship with the landlord and vendors, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly

·Handle the process of submitting permits for any necessary modifications or installations within the office or events

·Provide logistic support to the executive team and collaborate with leadership to understand their needs and ensure the office environment supports their goals.

·Work in conjunction with IT Help Desk on new hire workstation setup and office moves.

What You Bring to the Role

·         A BS/BA degree preferred.

·1 year experience in administrative/office experience in high-growth environment.

·         Hospitality mindset focused on delivering great service, the ability to make a good first impression, and demonstrate friendly and welcoming behavior.

·         Values creating a positive and productive work environment

·         Proactive approach to tackling various tasks efficiently

·         Good verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills, & attention to detail.

·         A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments within a complex organization.

The anticipated range is $45,000-$46,000 annually .Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill levels.
