Looking for Full-Time flexible candidates who can work a minimum of two shifts (Examples are 1st Shifts Begin: 4 AM-7 AM, 2nd Shifts Begin: 12 PM-2 PM and 3rd Shifts Begin 8 PM - 10 PM).
What You’ll Do
Do you love leading? Looking for an opportunity to learn more about the industry and gain direct management experience? You'll motivate your team to make sure they're on track to meet goals. You'll answer associate's questions, issues, and customer escalation while ensuring quality customer experience on every call as you're the first line manager for your team.
You’ll report to the Operations Manager. We’re looking for a leader to Act as one, as you will encourage and motivate you team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Operate the toll collection equipment according to the procedure
- Classify and collect proper toll amounts from motorists traveling through the toll lane
- Make changes, issue receipts, and write insufficient fund slips
- Complete operations report and balance cash deposits at the end of shift
- May require traveling outside of the normal work area and will be compensated for mileage
- Return phone calls for shift requirements within an hour of the initial call
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid Florida driver’s license
- Availability for a minimum of two shifts 6 days per week
- Previous supervisor or managerial experience is strongly preferred
- Promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing
- Customer-focused mindset
- Cash handling experience on a computerized system
What You Can Expect
- Guaranteed 32 hours pay per week regardless of hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours
- Right to decline shifts after 40 hours of work per week without consequence. However, cannot decline more than (3) shifts during a 30-day period.

- Base wage of $16 per hour and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect, and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement)
