DÉTAILS DE L'EMPLOI
We are looking for talented people to help us deliver exceptional bilingual (Spanish) customer service as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TTEC - WORKING REMOTE initially, and later working from the office location (Santo Amaro region). Our client is a technology global leader of cloud data services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service to generate business opportunities for executives from all over Latin America
- Providing information regarding a technology solution
- Prospection for arranging meetings and confirming the participation of executives in events
- Database update and spreadsheet filling
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Spanish
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal relationship, teamwork spirit, ease in mastering and assimilating new tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Easy access to the Santo Amaro region
Plus:
- Completed or ongoing higher education in the technology field
- Sales Force experience
Skills:
- Computer skills, especially in MS Excel
- Ease in mastering tools
- Trustworthy and professional about the use of the confidential information you have access to
- Focus on quality of service and respect for deadlines and customer care
Additional information:
Salary: R$ 1.667,88+ VT + VR or VA
