MTA Court Analyst

As aCourt Administrative Specialist working remotely in New York state, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering amazing customer experiences by assisting the day-to-day operations of the violation enforcement clerks while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for organization and attention to small details? Task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members in ensuring the Violation Enforcement Program is managed according to legislation and Business Rules. You will also monitor productivity of accounts worked, quality check administrative review material, and help manage escalated issues.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Assist supervisor in ensuring the team performs well while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations
- Processing toll violation court documents and attend court proceedings if needed which may include ensuring compliance with applicable state law and authority regulations and vehicle and driver data validations
- Conducting research through various state and local databases and information sources to ensure data accuracy
- Creating an overall positive toll user experience by being the advocate for law and service abiding drivers
What You Bring to the Role
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience plus post-secondary education
- Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations before escalating to the next level
