What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details? Are you task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Ensures financial balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations are accurate
- Assists with the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and month-end closing
- Maintains and coordinates monthly general ledger accounts reconciliations
- Review accounting issues and procedures and make recommendations/changes regarding accounting policies
- Understands and maintains the requirements of the contract
- Reconcile daily and monthly settlements of credit cards, electronic check payments, and cash payment network (PNM) between system, third party processor, and bank
- Ability to train others within Finance department
What You Bring to the Role
- 2 years of financial and accounting experience
- Associate degree in accounting or related field
- Ability to package and present quantitative data effectively
- Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations
- Computer experience

We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can provide exceptional service whether through voice, chat or email interactions. We trust you already have the necessary ingredient that can't be taught – a caring and supportive nature to shine through as you help customers. You'll report to the Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
