What You'll Do -

This role will support the Senior Program Manager in executing reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the GCC. The incumbent will own data collection, dashboard maintenance, and analytical deep-dives, while also driving day-to-day PMO hygiene across active workstreams. This is a hands-on execution role designed to scale the GCC's reporting and governance capacity.

You'll report to VP, Head of GCC.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

1. Maintain GCC dashboards and operational scorecards; ensure data accuracy and on-time refresh cycles

2. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on headcount, utilization, attrition, cost, and project health metrics

3. Support PMO operations — track action items, prepare steering committee decks, manage project documentation

4. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; document current-state workflows and recommend improvements

5. Coordinate inputs from functional SPOCs for monthly business reviews and ELT updates

6. Build self-service reporting templates to reduce manual effort across GCC teams

What You Bring to the Role

1. 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, MIS / reporting, or PMO functions

2. Hands-on proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and basic SQL

3. Exposure to GCC, IT services, or shared services environments preferred

4. Strong attention to detail, structured communication, and stakeholder management skills
