What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion to lead and motivate others? Looking for an opportunity to be on an operational leadership team? In this role, you’ll support site leadership and your team to recruit talent and support hiring needs for clients and the company. Bring your strategic mindset to develop and implement recruitment initiatives in support of key business goals that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee related gross margins.
You'll report to VP HR EMEA. You’ll contribute to the team and the success of the business by leading a team bringing amazing talent to work and grow their careers with TTEC.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Lead the overall accountability for all Multilingual associate recruitment
• Motivate your team to consistently meet goals
• Lead Recruiting Team by providing day-to-day activities and provide direction on applicant assessment, selection and offer
• Support associate hiring targets and business support roles
• Work with Site Director on all recruitment needs to ensure associate hiring and business support vacancies are filled timely
• Ensure recruitment technologies are being used appropriately
What You Bring to the Role
• Applied experience in volume and corporate recruitment
• Working knowledge in multiple Talent Acquisition and Human Capital disciplines (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Human Resource systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques
• Proven ability to build relationships of trust with Director level leaders. Ability to influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going projects
• Knowledge of business technologies, metrics, local and state employment laws
