This position will support global activities and will report to the Director, Global Strategic Sourcing.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the primary support for the Sourcing team’s internal customers, addressing the needs of their assigned business partners and acting as their key contact.
The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for developing sourcing strategies focused on TTEC’s EMEA and APAC supplier base.You’ll work with multiple categories including Professional Services, Facilities, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Tax, Consulting Services and Hardware. For the assigned categories, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the supply base and best-in-class sourcing practices in that industry, applying that knowledge to TTEC’s advantage.For your internal customers, you’ll be the single point of contact for a broad range of issues, facilitating the navigation of the procurement process, working with other members of the team when outside of their assigned sourcing category.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
·Provide functional and technical strategic sourcing, procurement and negotiation expertise within the categories mentioned above and develop, manage, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives through on-going market and spend analysis.
·Manage the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, cost savings, service levels, and performance standards to meet desired outcomes.
·Develop a high-quality global supply base for the assigned categories, with suppliers who are positioned to meet TTEC’s current and future needs.
·Track category spend, develop, and implement a cost savings plan for each category.
·Manage existing supply base by developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing supplier scorecards, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
·Keep up with industry trends in the assigned categories and develop influential relationships with key supplier contracts.
·Support TTEC procurement policy and standard improvements. Encourage and enforce compliance with business stakeholders and suppliers.
What You Bring to the Role
·A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
·CIPS professional qualification (desirable)
·10+ years’ experience sourcing, procuring from, and negotiating with global suppliers.
·Understanding of the related category space with a passion to remain up to date on evolving trends
·Excellent relationship management skills
·Experience delivering budget impacting cost savings and improved contractual terms and conditions through negotiation
·Experience conducting business with global companies and familiarity with global anti-corruption laws
·Experience with common desktop software tools such as Microsoft Office suite (necessary), and Procurement tools such as Oracle iProcurement or Oracle Fusion (preferred).

The anticipated range is $110-120,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
