Sales Enablement Lead and Instructional Designer – Krakow Poland

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Lead / Instructional Designer to join our team and support high-profile global clients. This role combines instructional design, sales enablement, training delivery, and leadership, with a strong focus on independently creating impactful learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and performance gaps, translate them into effective learning solutions, and rapidly develop and deliver sales enablement content to key audiences, including senior stakeholders and leaders.

What you will do

•    Independently design, develop, and deliver sales enablement and training programs aligned to client business needs.
•    Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and translate them into practical, engaging learning solutions.
•    Rapidly create and adapt training materials, facilitator guides, activities, and other enablement content.
•    Deliver engaging training sessions to sales professionals, leaders, and key client stakeholders.
•    Apply instructional design principles and frameworks such as ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick Model to develop and evaluate learning solutions.
•    Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, consultative selling, and value-based selling.
•    Develop and coach sellers on core sales skills, including effective discovery, value articulation, objection handling, and closing.
•    Take ownership of projects from needs analysis through design, delivery, and evaluation.
•    Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and confidently influence and challenge when needed.
•    Provide leadership and guidance to trainers and other enablement resources as the role evolves, with potential responsibility for leading a team across multiple programs and clients.
•    Eventually potential to manage a group of sales enablement specialists

Key Skills & Experience

•    Experience in instructional design, sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role.
•    Proven ability to create high-quality, practical learning content quickly in a dynamic, changing environment.
•    Strong understanding of instructional design principles and frameworks, including ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick Model.
•    Experience in sales or sales training
•    Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, consultative selling, and value-based selling.
•    Ability to develop and coach sellers on core sales skills, including effective discovery, value articulation, objection handling, and closing.
•    Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior audiences.
•    Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally including leading or coaching trainers, facilitators, or leaders.
•    Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and active listening skills.
•    Highly independent, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
•    Strong business acumen and ability to connect learning solutions to measurable business outcomes.
•    Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership without extensive direction.
Schedule
•    Flexible working hours aligned with client business needs. Office based on site in Krakow
•    The role may require afternoon/evening shifts, including starts around 2:00–3:00 PM CET, particularly during the initial phase of the engagement.
•    Flexibility to adjust working hours as client needs and project requirements evolve.
