Role Summary

As a Senior Trainer in the Global Leadership Development team, you will be a key facilitator of leadership and behavioral development programs across regions. You will deliver high-impact learning experiences that build leadership capability at scale, both virtually and in person. This role requires someone who can hold space for meaningful conversations, adapt facilitation styles to suit different leadership levels, and continuously evolve their practice by staying current with emerging trends in leadership and facilitation.

You’ll report to the Manager, Leadership Development and contribute to the success of our learners by creating inclusive, engaging, and thought-provoking learning environments. You’ll also provide feedback and insights to continuously improve our leadership development offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitation of Leadership Programs
    Deliver leadership and behavioral skills sessions using a variety of facilitation styles tailored to participant levels and learning needs.
    Create safe spaces for meaningful dialogue, reflection, and peer learning in both virtual and in-person formats.

  • Program Implementation
    Support the rollout of leadership development programs and initiatives aligned with business goals.
    Ensure smooth delivery and learner engagement across geographies and formats.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Partner with internal teams and leaders to understand development needs and ensure alignment throughout the learning journey.
    Act as a trusted facilitator and advocate for effective leadership practices.

  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    Gather learner feedback and share insights to improve program content and delivery.
    Contribute ideas to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of leadership development programs.

  • Learning Mindset
    Stay current with emerging trends in leadership development and facilitation.
    Experiment with new approaches and contribute ideas to evolve our learning strategy.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating leadership development and behavioral training sessions
  • Proven ability to facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions across diverse, global audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in adapting facilitation styles to suit different leadership levels and learning contexts
  • Ability to hold space for open, inclusive, and impactful discussions
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development practices, and behavioral science frameworks
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, virtual facilitation tech)
  • A continuous learner mindset - curious, open to feedback, and eager to explore new facilitation techniques and leadership development trends
