What You’ll Do - We are seeking an experienced SailPoint/Saviynt SME with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based on-site in Hyderabad and is open to both full-time employees and contract-based professionals.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ISC and/or Saviynt platforms.
·Lead the design, implementation, and support of identity governance solutions across the enterprise.
·Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy configuration, access reviews, and certifications.
·Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and define IGA solutions.
·Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
·Ensure best practices and compliance with security policies and regulations.
·Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Role
·5–7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt in enterprise environments.
·Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and lifecycle processes.
·Excellent understanding of Java and BeanShell scripting in the context of SailPoint.
·Experience in integrating SailPoint/Saviynt with various systems and directories.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to interface with business and technical teams effectively.
·Self-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
