Oracle HRMS Technical Principal Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Technical with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials, strong technical expertise, and proven experience in production support, integrations, solution development, and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong expertise in iProcurement, iExpense, Payables and Purchasing modules.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, OAF (Personalization / Customization) and Oracle Workflow

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and production support for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and support Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, APIs, and third-party interfaces.
• Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members and business partners.
