What You’ll Do

You'll report to the Senior Manager of Accounting and contribute to the business's success with your passion to coordinate accurate financial reporting, further ensuring amazing customer experiences.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Support APAC General Ledger Team that manages several TTEC ledgers including, TTEC PH, TTEC Branch, TTEC ROHQ, Motif PH, TTEC Australia and TTEC New Zealand
- Prepare journal entries & other complex schedules every month end close
- Build up accrual templates for different expense accounts -Facilities, Telco, Employee Related Costs, T&E, Health Care, Recruiting and Sourcing
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and other analytical reports
- Oversee the overall GL process to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements
- Handle monthly P&L analysis and quarterly flux of all Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Reconcile the recorded withholding tax on compensation and various mandatory contributions against the remittances
- Spearhead key projects as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
- Closely work with our internal and external partners like Finance, Human Capital, Operations, Global Tax and Audit
- Assist in preparation of audit requests and other projects as necessary
- Process Documentation and Compliance to SOX Controls
Calculate Transfer Pricing Revenue for the Philippines
What You Bring to the Role
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting
- Passing the Board/Professional License Exam for CPAs is an advantage
- At least 3 years of progressive working experience in the General Ledger
- Must be familiar with Philippine, Australia and New Zealand Payroll including withholding payroll taxes, Leave Accruals, FBT and Superannuation
- High degree of proficiency in Excel (can retrieve and manipulate data) and other Microsoft Office products (create visuals from analytic information)
