Position Summary:
The Sr. Enterprise Infrastructure Architect will drive the efforts to align technology and business strategy, leverage technology investments, and optimize end to end business processes associated with technology. Through these efforts, the Architect will improve the competitive position of TeleTech businesses through technology enabled processes. This Executive Director level role reports to the VP, Global Infrastructure & Operations.
Role Responsibilities:
·Defines industry leading designs in the areas of infrastructure technologies in the areas of: VoIP and SIP architectures, ACD architectures, virtualization, VDI, LAN/WAN, Security, Storage, public and private cloud, mobility solutions, & security platforms.
·Design large scale cloud based infrastructures
·Design effective IT Service Delivery Models that incorporate new technologies and services into day to day operations and support that ensures a world-class service experience for our clients.
·Support internal business units, technology teams and individuals to design and implement infrastructure.
·Communicates strategic knowledge relating to infrastructure technology trends and solutions that meet user needs and network requirements.
·Assumes leadership position to drive a consistent and consolidated technology solution. Understand the company’s business plan, functional areas, and associated technologies.
·Coordinates business unit technology direction and drives alignment related to technology and services.
·Constructs infrastructure technology roadmaps that are confirmed through cost-benefit analysis, and alignment with technology standards and roadmaps.
·Provide guidance and oversight to engineering teams on topics related to infrastructure technologies.
·Maintains external vendor relationships that can be used to leverage, and influence technology decision-making.
·
Required Skills:
·10+ years experience in large scale carrier WAN infrastructures including software defined networking (SDN)
·Demonstrated fluency and understanding of contact center technology environments
·In-depth design skills of next generation communications such as SIP-VoIP/Digital Voice and large scale ACD architectures.
·Experienced with cloud delivered services to include CCaaS/UCaaS, IaaS.
·Experienced in the analysis, design and planning phases of technology related projects.
·Experience selecting technology paths and design of the initiatives
·Proficient at partnering with others to build and maintain technology strategy and performance models.
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
