About the Role
As the People & Culture Business Partner for TTEC Engage, you will be a key strategic partner to senior leaders, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Regional Operations and Go-to-Market Leaders, driving our people strategy in North America and supporting profitable business growth by providing solutions that align to business objectives. This role will also lead a team of P&C professionals to ensure the effective delivery of P&C support across the North American region, which includes over 20,000 employees. Reporting to the Group VP, People & Culture, you will provide consultative leadership and innovative insights on industry trends, particularly in AI, automation, and workforce transformation.
During a Typical Week, You’ll
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and strategic counsel on people-related matters.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- In partnership with our employee relations team, you will ensure compliance with all North American labor laws, regulations, and company policies, proactively mitigating legal risks.
- Provide guidance on complex senior employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Ensures effective performance management processes, while guiding succession planning, compensation decisions, and development strategies that support employee and leadership growth.
- Drive leadership development programs to elevate managerial effectiveness and succession planning.
- Expand talent development initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped with skills for the future workplace.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness, track workforce trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Expand analytical capabilities to optimize workforce planning, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative perspectives on how AI, automation, and digital transformation impact workforce strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation in HR practices, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and engagement.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within complex, multi-location organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into strategy.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at senior levels of an organization.
- Passion for leveraging technology, AI, and industry trends to enhance HR functions.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority
- Proven experience managing HR functions for wage and hourly employee populations, ensuring effective talent management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000-$200,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
