What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details? Are you task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Research and Resolve Unidentified Payments and Lockbox Exceptions
- Process and Reconcile Credit Card or ACH Chargeback Transactions
- Process Client Refunds
- Reconcile and Report on NSF Processing
- Reconcile Refunds processed to Refund Batches Issued Monthly
- Monitor and Decision Positive Pay Exceptions Items
- Prepare Daily Courier Packages for Delivery to Lockbox
- Document Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Drive Efficiency
What You Bring to the Role
- 6 months or more of clerical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Data entry skills (35 wpm)
