Temp Consumer Engagement Manager

What You’ll be Doing -
As the CEM, you will create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders, manage the incentive budget, lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests & important topics of focus, and engage with the employees heavily in chat. Communicating with the client directly the CEM must have High energy and creativity.
You'll report to Senior Manager, Sales Service Delivery. You will drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products to potential customers
·Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to ensure optimal communication and collaboration
·Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
·Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents to help them achieve sales targets and revenue goals
·Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
·Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and development
·Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotional activities that resonate with sales agents
·Serve as a point of contact for sales agents to address any questions or concerns related to health insurance products
·Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to make strategic recommendations for improving sales performance
·Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
What You Bring to the Role
- A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.
- Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.
- A people person
- prior stable work history
- proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask. This includes the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
- Self-driven and ambitious
- Outgoing personality with high energy

The anticipated range for this role is $45-47K . Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
