Assistant Facilities Manager

What You’ll be Doing?
The Site Manager of Real Estate and Facilities, manages a safe, attractive and functional physical environment for all employees. In support of the department’s vision to create an exceptional workplace. Develops, implements, and maintains facility programs that reflect the priorities of continuous improvement, automation, thinking globally and identifying best practices, while working to reduce TTEC’s financial exposure The Site Manager of Real Estate and Facilities will be reporting directly to the Regional EMEA Director of Real Estate and Facilities.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Develop guidelines for space management and conducts overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process
- improvement. Conducts ongoing needs assessment by soliciting divisional headcount information and growth information to determine space needs for future planning.
- Proactively manage complete facility maintenance of building/sites including but not limited to maintaining superior condition of company space; acting as the landlord/vendor liaison.
- Review government regulations, renewal of operating licenses, work permits, and other requirements from the authorities related to the business.
- Effectively lead and manage Facilities team, within the department’s SLA and KPIs standards. including but not limited to Facilities Technicians,
- Service Coordinators, Facilities Systems, Specialists, Security Managers, Directory Assistance/Reception Supervisors, Receptionists, and contracted mailroom operation.
- Maintains various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
- Establish and manage Facilities budget (Opex and Capex), creating the purchase requisitions including supplies, follow up on invoices payments and is responsible for reporting financial information. In conjunction with corporate real estate evaluates present and future needs for real estate.
What You Bring to the Role
- Manage facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery and coordinates with headquarters division to implement company-wide
- Emergency Response Plan. Being the point of contact during a disaster situation to return safely to operations, requires to be available or have a designee to response in timely manner.
- Maintain and oversee facilities architectural drawings and floor plans. Ensures all construction drawings and floor plans are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the database of the facilities fixed assets and it’s ranking.
- Assist with Environmental questions / issues.
- Acts as Emergency Manager during emergencies like calamities, fire, etc.
