What You'll be Doing
Looking to build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor? Do you have a passion for driving conversations and owning deal execution over the long term? You'll deliver an amazing customer experience and uncover complex software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales opportunities for our technology client's customers.
With a consultative selling approach, strong communication skills, and a sharp focus on revenue targets, you'll cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing new, long-term partnerships. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve B2B digital needs in a SaaS and cloud-based environment, confidently managing the sales cycle from initial discovery to successful deal closing.
During a Typical Day, You'll:
- Build & Deepen Relationships: Establish executive relationships with customers to influence their long-term technology and business decisions, adding value as a trusted advisor.
- Act as an Industry Expert: Maintain deep knowledge of the customer's business, including their SaaS product portfolio, technology strategy, growth plans, financial structure, and competitive landscape.
- Execute Account Strategies: Follow account strategies to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with internal teams and Google partners to maximize impact within enterprise accounts.
- Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Lead end-to-end business cycles, present compelling value propositions to C-level executives, and confidently negotiate terms.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage business development at scale, forecast pipeline accurately, and consistently achieve strategic goals.
What You Bring to the Role
- SaaS Experience: Demonstrated B2B sales experience specifically within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Core Sales Skills: Proven track record of prospecting, developing accounts, driving strategic conversations, and successfully closing deals.
- Communication Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport, establish long-term relationships, and influence high-level decision-makers.
- Deal Ownership: High autonomy in owning end-to-end deal execution and navigating complex business requirements.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based software, and modern digital enterprise solutions.
- Language Proficiency: Verbal and written fluency in both German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
Problem-Solving Mindset: A solution-oriented approach, comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating.
