What You’ll Do
Do you have experience is sales and negotiating? Collection and retention? Do you like research and resolving issues? Looking for an opportunity to learn more about the industry and gain direct management experience?
The Violations Enforcement Clerk is responsible for performing many functions such as account review, account maintenance, records maintenance, customer service, and ensuring that 100% of each step in the Habitual Violator program is processed accurately and within the timeframes defined. This is a full-time position. After the first 30 days onsite, you can move to a hybrid role where you will be in the office for 3 business days and 2 days remote.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert of program information and assist with customers’ questions by providing guidance and technical support when needed
- Ensure agent activity meet or exceed metrics such as handle times, efficiency, and schedule adherence
- Handle inbound calls with difficult questions and/or escalations from the customers
- Identify and assist with issues on accounts and escalate calls to supervisor via email, phone and fax
What You Bring to the Role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- One-year prior call center or customer service-related experience
- Knowledge and success in overall previous performance that includes Quality, Attendance, and scheduled adherence
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX from 8am-5pm. After 30 days of strong performance, the position becomes a hybrid role where you will be in the office for 3 business days and 2 days remote
