- Resolver desde questões simples a complexas
- Fazer atendimento com qualidade, pontualidade e eficiência
- Ser capaz de construir um forte relacionamento com os clientes
- Idade mínima de 18 anos
- Ensino Médio completo
- Experiência em atendimento ou vendas, preferencialmente em telemarketing
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal, com espírito de trabalho em equipe, facilidade no domínio e assimilação de novas ferramentas
- Boa dicção, bom vocabulário e ortografia
- Conhecimentos intermediários em informática – Sistemas Operacionais
- Facilidade no domínio de ferramentas
- Fiel e profissional em relação à utilização das informações confidenciais que tem acesso
- Foco na qualidade do serviço e respeito aos prazos e tratativas
- Remuneração compatível com o mercado
