Sie helfen Menschen dabei, die perfekte Unterkunft zu finden, beantworten Fragen mit Kompetenz und Empathie und verwandeln jede Interaktion in ein positives Erlebnis. Ihr Service macht den Unterschied – und genau das zählt bei uns.

Ein typischer Arbeitstag

  • Eingehende Kundenanfragen beantworten  
  • Recherchen durchführen, um Kunden Antworten zur Lösung ihrer Probleme zu geben 
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner für die weltweit führenden Unterkunftspartner agieren und grundlegende Fragen und Anfragen klären, z. B. zu
  • Zimmeränderungen, Preisen und Verfügbarkeit, Extranet-Tools usw. 
  • Genaue, gültige und vollständige Informationen bereitstellen, indem Sie die richtigen Tools, Methoden und Prozesse einsetzen.  
  • Ein hohes Maß an Partnerservice und eine positive Partnererfahrung sicherstellen.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Schulabschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss  
  • 6 Monate Erfahrung im Kundenservice 
  • Fähigkeit, Produkt- oder Servicewissen sicher anzuwenden und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Computerkenntnisse 
  • Stabile Highspeed-Internetverbindung in einer ruhigen häuslichen Arbeitsumgebung
  • Wohnsitz in Griechenland oder die Möglichkeit, umzuziehen und umgehend eine Arbeitserlaubnis für Griechenland zu erhalten

What You’ll be Doing 
Looking to build or level-up your career in the travel industry? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Turn your passion for travel into action in customer service helping people find great places to stay and creating unique travel experiences. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

  • Answer incoming communications from customers  
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues 
  • Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, and availability, extranet tooling etc. 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.  
  • Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience  

What You Bring to the Role 

  • Fluent in German and English 
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • 6 months or more experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or F&B service
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge  
  • Computer savvy 
  • High speed internet in your quiet home work environment
  • Greece resident or ability to relocate and gain work authorization expediently to Greece

You'll report to a Team Lead. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
