What You’ll Do
As a Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and support of endpoint engineering and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of endpoint systems across the organization.
You'll report to the Director of Systems Software Engineering. You will be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead by example—demonstrating deep technical expertise, mentoring peers, and driving initiatives that align with business and IT goals.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Manage and support endpoint infrastructure for both onsite and remote users.
·Ensure high availability and reliability of systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
·Patch management and security remediation efforts across the environment.
·Implement system upgrades and enhancements in alignment with business needs.
·Analyze, design, and maintain software solutions that support endpoint operations.
·Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
·Collaborate with IT Project Management to support new project launches and coordinate technical activities.
·Work closely with Technical Account Managers to meet endpoint solution requirements for project accounts.
·Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operations.
·Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans for key initiatives.
·Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using scripting and management tools.
What You Bring to the Role
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
·Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role.
·Strong hands-on experience with:
·Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
·Azure/Intune
·Cloud Virtual Desktop as a Service (DaaS)
·Group Policy Management
·Patch management and endpoint security
·Google Cloud management
·Intermediate PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.
·Proven expertise in Windows and server administration.
·Experience designing and deploying MECM infrastructure at scale.
·Understanding of IT architectures, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
