Business Development Specialist – Japanese speaking - Remote, Poland

This role works closely with our clients Identity Team, who looks after all identity offerings. Partners are a key part of our success as a team and growing the partner ecosystem is the primary objective.
The Core Partnerships Team is looking for a Japanese speaking strategic partner manager to engage and onboard new partners into the Identity ecosystem. You will be responsible for engaging, securing, and onboarding new partners from a list of regional priority partners already identified. Furthermore, you will work closely with the regional partnerships lead, along with centralized global lead, xFN teams like product, engineering, and gTech.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Identity’s growth strategy for our clients through partner engagement, onboarding and implementations across all platforms, Web, Android and iOS.
- Interface directly with external partners, closely collaborate across regional and global teams
- Proficient across the various Identity offerings and solutions, be able to confidently answer high-level partner questions, and triage partner issues
- Coordinate and work effectively across time zones with global partnerships teammates on joint partner engagements
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively xFN (Prod, Eng, Marketing, Finance, Legal) and xPA
- Regional language requirements: Proficient in English and Japanese. Written and Spoken
- Solid understanding of technical fundamentals in software and hardware development cycles
- developer ecosystem programming experience a plus
- Ability to operate independently with high attention to detail; prioritizing partners and initiatives with xFN feedback, adjusting to rapid changes as necessary
- Must be based in Poland – Remote based with travel to Krakow when needed.
- Ability to work Japanese business hours. 2am – 10am Local time
- We are offering a competitive package, with an attractive OTE. The role can be based remotely within Poland with travel to Krakow when needed.
