What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Research, reopen and/or make outbound calls to customers consistent to up-to-date Business Rules
- Create and monitor payment plans consistent to up-to-date Business Rules
- Report daily statistics on all payments processed
- Assist Call Center Customer Service Representatives with escalated customer calls
- Meet with customers in person in the Service Center to discuss accounts and/or violations
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Customer Service and Call Center Experience
- Knowledge of California collection laws
- Basic understanding of California Vehicle Code sections relating to toll roads/bridges
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Solid communications, organizational and interpersonal skills

The department has worked diligently to align its goals and objectives with the organization’s goals and objectives. We strive to consistently provide the highest levels of service to our organization and be a department known for responsive, dependable, and personable service. The work week is Monday to Friday, eight hours per day; however, the demands of the position will mean that at times tasks will need to be performed outside of those core hours.
