What You’ll Do -
Design and implement scalable, AI-driven chatbot solutions using Dialogflow CX, MS Copilot Studio, and cloud platforms, integrating with APIs and automating tasks through RPA. Collaborate cross-functionally, ensure code quality, mentor team members, and drive continuous innovation in conversational AI.
You'll report to Senior Manager, Automation Development
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, MS Copilot Studio and CCAI.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement chatbots that enhance user experience.
·Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to improve chatbot accuracy and eƯiciency.
·Implement cloud-based solutions and architecture for chatbot deployment and scalability on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
·Develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance chatbot functionality.
·Write clean, scalable, and eƯicient code in scripting languages such as Python,Node.JS, Java…etc
·Integrate chatbots with various APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.
·Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
·Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in chatbot development and AI.
·Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development
·Conducting thorough architectural reviews/Coding standards to ensure alignment with best practices and project requirements.
·Engaging in productive discussions with stakeholders to provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals
·Problem Solving, identifying issues and developing creative solutions
What You Bring to the Role
·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
·8+ years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.
·Proficiency in MS Copilot Studio, Dialogflow CX, and CCAI & RPA tools like Power Automate Desktop/Cloud.etc
·Strong knowledge of scripting/Programming languages, particularly Python, Node.js, Java. Etc
·Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks.
·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
