UI/UX Designer
UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that meet our clients' needs and business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in both UI and UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes that illustrate design concepts and solutions.
Design high-quality interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with industry best practices and brand guidelines.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs as needed.
Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and learners.
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and techniques.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design skills and a process-oriented approach to design.
Proficiency in Figma & Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web interfaces.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
