What You’ll be Doing
Have a passion to solve work related puzzles? Are you looking for an opportunity to experience something new each day? In this role, you'll bring your creativity to make sure correct staffing is in place and proper adjustments are made based on the clients' needs. Enjoy thinking about the big picture and planning to support the team and clients? You’ll ensure scheduling policies are followed as you survey the landscape for what’s ahead and support the business.
You’ll impact the business, the teams you support and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through your analysis and recommendations.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Perform complex research projects
·Determine best practices and suggest how to improve current practices
·Work with multiple departments
·Work on special projects
What You Bring to the Role
·University degree or equivalent experience
·Experience in the call center industry
·Experience with client-facing, senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery
·Lead and partner with teams, management and client
·Competence and experience managing complex to business leaders and work with decision-makers
·Accuracy-driven and passionate in keeping your work organized
·Analytical communications
