What You’ll be Doing
Looking to hire great talent and make an impact on helping people elevate their careers in a mission based and values driven global organization? In this role, you’ll build and executetargeted sourcing plans, identify and qualify prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions. You'll have a client-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with talent acquisition leaders, managers and recruiters. You’ll manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at any one time. Additionally, you’ll use our technology platforms to proactively build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to future talent needs.
You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Utilize Boolean search methodology and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles
·Use job boards, social media platforms, and other online resources to identify potential candidates.
·Daily engagement of active candidates in social media community management to convert direct messages and comments to apply or schedule interviews.
·Work with the social media team to leverage the community management tool to build response replies, create automation, report on metrics, build quality scorecards, and beyond.
·Reach out to candidates through direct messaging, emails, and social media interactions to gauge interest and fit for open positions.
·Work closely with the Talent Sourcing Manager and recruiters to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth handoff of candidates.
·Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies.
What You Bring to the Role
·At least two years of experience in hands-on experience in Boolean sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
·Proven ability to actively engage candidates across multiple platforms, including social media and job portals.
·Strong background in sourcing for high-volume recruitment initiatives in fast-paced environments.
·Expertise in proactive sourcing strategies to connect with passive talent for critical roles and talent pipelines.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Applicant tracking and candidate relationship management experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
·Self-motivated and ability to work independently in an agile environment
