The Role:

Providing high quality, responsive and consistent service to internal stakeholders the Administrative Assistant is focused on timely preparation, organisation, and facilitation of internal reviews, including any related administration duties associated to these processes. Working closely with stakeholders in and around the contact centre team, this role requires high attention to detail and strong computer proficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Act as a liaison between contact centre teams and in field support personnel to ensure reviews completed consider all available data points,
  • Assist in the preparation of internal review documents, and where required assist in facilitation during internal review meetings,
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of review outcomes in the CRM and associated tools,
  • Communicate with a strong level of professionalism towards all stakeholders,
  • Exhibit strong follow-up and organisational skills, in both verbal and written communication
  • Provide feedback to contact centre leads for the continued and improved performance of the department to foster process improvement and efficiency,
  • Work as a team player – assist other team members when in need of support,

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred,
  • 2 years of experience in a customer contact center or related field,
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus,
  • High level of trust and integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills,
  • Time management and ability to prioritize requests based on urgency,
  • Provide clear, professional and accurate written responses to when requested, using standardised templates,
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, email, SMS, and chat
  • Ability to work autonomously and calmly under pressure,
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in the handling of internal information.
