What You'll be Doing
TTEC is searching for an Executive Assistant to provide support to an executive team within our global headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Our Executive Assistant will perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support in the means of preparing correspondence & reports, screen calls, scheduling appointments, meetings, and manage international travel itineraries. The Executive Assistant must possess an elevated level of attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a fast-paced deadline driven organization. This individual will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the executive with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with professionalism and confidentiality.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the executive team. Manage and coordinate daily schedules and meetings
  • Arrange, coordinate, and manage all logistics for executive team meetings, staff meetings and events
  • Assist in meeting planning and preparation work, i.e., drafting agendas, minutes, and information on meetings
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  • Arrange all phases of travel. Plan and schedule very detailed travel agendas based on company travel policies (Domestic and International)
  • Prepare expense reports from receipts and scheduled travel
  • Prepare correspondence; communicate extensively utilizing a variety of technology
  • Prepare draft documents/reports/correspondence for signature or review from dictation, handwritten notes, or on own
  • Design and develop spreadsheets, forms, and presentations, maintain divisional organization charts as directed
  • Collaborate effectively with other Executive Assistants on-shore and off-shore

What You Bring to the Role

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6+ years of executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives of a public company while maintaining a high level of integrity handling confidential information
  • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to set priorities and work under pressure to meet changing deadlines
  • Excellent proofing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and maintains a professional demeanor
  • Experience in operating a multi-line telephone and other media devices
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines   
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent judgment is essential
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Products - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $80,000-$100,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
