HRMS Principal Analyst

What You’ll be Doing -
You'll actively participate in full-cycle project implementations, ensuring alignment with US/CAN legislation where relevant. Regular stakeholder meetings will be conducted to provide updates and discuss project plans. Your role will also emphasize excellent communication, both within your team and externally, reflecting your ability to work independently and collaboratively in achieving project goals.
You'll report to Senior Manager, Systems Software Engineer.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
· Prioritize and review tasks for ongoing Oracle EBS HRMS projects.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL queries and PL/SQL debugging.
· Lead stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and discuss milestones.
· Collaborate with team members to configure new requirements in Oracle HRMS modules.
· Design and implement solutions, including writing fast formulas and managing vendor interfaces.
· Ensure project compliance with relevant US legislation.
· Engage in strategic planning sessions for future project phases and resource allocation.
What You Bring to the Role
· Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HR,SSHR, Payroll, Absence Management and OAB including multiple full-cycle project implementations.
· Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL queries, PL/SQL debugging, and fast formulas, essential for configuring and troubleshooting Oracle HRMS Core HR, Payroll, Accruals, and Self-Service modules.
· Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead Oracle EBS R12 Implementation, Upgrade, and Support projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
· Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with US/CAN legislation related to payroll and HRMS systems, ensuring projects adhere to regulatory requirements.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to engage in strategic planning, foreseeing project challenges, and optimizing resource allocation for successful project outcomes.
· Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead stakeholder meetings, provide clear project updates, and mentor team members effectively.
· Team Collaboration: Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
