Strategic Marketing Manager – Athens

What You’ll be Doing
In this role you will, gather, prepare, and analyze data for client sales and marketing programs. You will directly collect, validate, cleanse, and load data from internal or external systems into databases to enable successful user adoption of analytics tools and reports.
The position will work with Strategic Marketing Managers and other program support resources to provide analysis, creative feedback, and prepare findings for presentation to management.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Partner with the line of business owners and other key stakeholders in GTM planning and the day to day running of the EMEA DMe business.
• Assist the Sales Managers accountable for achieving revenue goals across the B2B business. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region.
• Drive the weekly and quarterly Forecast and Outlook process using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required.
• Manage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requests.
• Assess current business practices and provide innovative ways for improved efficiency and effectiveness
What You Bring to the Role
• 3-5 years of work experience in sales operations or related field.
• Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers
• Strong Excel skills. Experience in CRM and data visualization tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
