What You’ll Do
Working on-site 4 days a week as a People & Culture Specialist, you will be a key member of our People & Culture (P&C) Team in Poland. You’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate handling of P&C processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining employee physical and digital records, processing HR transactions, and supporting payroll and benefits functions, all while upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Prepare and maintain physical employee files onsite and scan relevant documents to online portals/filing as needed
- Prepare employment contracts and documentation onsite and maintain compliance with documentation standards
- Support the onboarding process
- Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems, including new hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Manage employee absence management requests, as well as return-to-work documentation.
- Produce reports and support data distribution across the organization.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all updates in alignment with payroll cutoffs and operating procedures.
- Follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
What You Bring to the Role
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Advanced English and Polish language skills—both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the local labor law.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Preferred: Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
