What You’ll be Doing
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will report to the Site Sales Leader. Your role is to accelerate the best sales business practices and maximise the market opportunities to drive corporate strategies and sales success. This will include collaborating with marketing and other supporting operations teams (as well as relevant external agencies) to define, document, and execute against the strategic priorities for the client. You will be involved in everything from defining local market strategies and programs for the day-to-day execution of the business, as well as putting in place a comprehensive set of KPIs and measures that will be used to track, manage and improve the effectiveness of key pipeline build, acceleration and sales conversion tactics across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities:
• Own the gross and net new revenue outcomes for the inbound sales organization within Business Sales
• Drive accountability across the business in the day-to-day running of demand & lead generation, ensuring all blocks to successful conversion are proactively managed across all lines of business within the phone led organization
• Develop KPI, business review and score card models to assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Pro-actively monitor campaign execution, follow up and effectiveness to improve lead flow and drive greater volume and velocity of leads through the pipeline.
• Establish a regular cadence (weekly, bi-weekly) of business development reviews calls involving key stakeholders across the region to examine KPIs; region-by-region, campaign-by-campaign, and create recommendations and actions to continually improve execution.
• Prepare detailed presentations, analysis, and materials to support QBRs &Strategic business reviews
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with worldwide peers and stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of programs and the impact of operational strategies. Look for ways to both bring and share best-practice to constantly improve the execution of our business.
What you Will Bring:
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales & marketing within a call center environment.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset and an ability to quickly determine/distill intelligence from data
• Strong Knowledge and competence in Salesforce, Tableau or other leading CRM/Analytics tool
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Pragmatism and discipline in identifying and prioritizing high-value work
• Ability to present and explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Highly motivated, self-directed, team player
