Principal Product Analyst

As a Product Owner/Analyst, you will align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions. You will be a key member of Technology and Innovation Group at TTEC - working with cross-functional teams from different business units to identify, scope, document and deliver results on initiatives that will help transform TTEC's business. 

·Innovate and launch products, implementing new technologies in system and enterprise architecture.

·Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, and identifying opportunities and risks.

·Partner with stakeholders and customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

·Collaborate with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring.

·Coordinate various phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to drive end-to-end business and technical solutions.

·Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap.

·Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements.

·Track and report product performance post-launch to evaluate future investments.

·Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.

·Standardize Scrum processes by ensuring all stories/tasks have story points and pushing for stories to be broken into smaller stories.

·Ensure effective collaboration with the scrum team, consult internally with team members and stakeholders on best practices, eliminate blockers and report regularly by analyzing burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.



What you'll need to succeed (Principal)

·5+ years of experience as Project Owner / Project manager develops, own, and execute the product roadmap. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements / user stories.

·5+ years of experience in Agile -Scrum methodology in writing epic, user stories, managing backlog priorities and scrum ceremonies.

·3+ years of experience in managing Jira application as an admin.

·Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

·Experience in creating prototypes/mockups for helping visualize the user interface and experience

·Knowledge in using Microsoft office tools, Microsoft Visio, Figma / Miro and can make flowcharts / presentation for executive level.

·Knowledge in using Jira as scrum tracking application and project management tool.

·Knowledge in Confluence as collaboration wiki application and storage of artifacts.

·Experience in creating test plan and test cases

·Self-motivated and requires very minimal supervision

·Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

·Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel

·Nice to have:

oKnowledge in API-Webservices / Postman tool or similar

oKnowledge in any automation tools

oKnowledge in reporting – Powerbi/Looker

oKnowledgeable in database queries such as MSSQL, Oracle or MySQL.
