What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion to lead and motivate others? Looking to hire great talent? In this role, you’ll lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs. You’ll establish high-volume sourcing strategies and tactics and make continuous process improvements to the recruiting process resulting in higher recruiting yields and better-quality hires. You'll partner with corporate support teams to assist you with recruiting efforts and develop strategic partnerships with these teams.

You'll report to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition. You’ll contribute to the team and the success of the business by leading a team bringing amazing talent to work and grow their careers with TTEC.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Be the single point of contact representing talent acquisition in meetings with Operations, Learning & Development and Workforce Management with regards to any hiring-related requirements, successes, potential risks and updates
  • Bring your integrity, judgment, accountability and follow through in providing strategic solutions to functional departments to deliver hiring requirements based on recruiting capacity, market trends, competitor landscape and strategies in attracting the right profile
  • Work with business owners and TA on hiring requirements
  • Represent talent acquisition in sales pitches to potential clients and all discussions related to new business updates, responses to Request for Proposals and launch of new logos or lines of business
  • Recommend location, skill level and wages for potential clients based on available job description
  • Monitor success of current selection processes and make the necessary recommendations to ensure a higher throughput or production fill rate

What You Bring to the Role

  • 6 years minimum experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Desire to motivate a team to achieve goals in an agile environment
  • Working knowledge of Taleo or other applicant tracking system
  • Sourcing expertise using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems
  • Ability to lead and influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring
  • Achieve hiring goals by executing a recruiting plan using a core team recruiting specialists
  • Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects and knowledgeable of local and state employment laws
