Get health care coverage for you and your family

TTEC provides an HMO plan, covering preventive care, dental care, inpatient care, outpatient care, emergency care and annual check-ups. Employees can enroll up to three eligible dependents and TTEC pays a portion of their premium. A voluntary dependent plan is also available.

Access on-site clinics and dedicated physicians for quick, reliable care at select locations. A majority of our locations are open 24/7 and best of all, consultations are free! Alternatively, you can choose digital consultations for convenient medical advice wherever you are.

Look after your wellness and earn incentives

Employees that reach their 3rd month tenure and beyond receive an annual cash payment of up to Php4,000 for medical, optical and dental (MOD) fund. They can also earn an additional Php500 or Php1,000 by participating in select Wellness Incentive activities.

Health and Wellness Benefits in the Poland

Healthcare coverage

Healthcare is personal, so TTEC offers quality health insurance plan through Mediclaim Benefit provided by The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.

This includes:

  • Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy that provides coverage for employee, spouse, and up to three children to age 25.

  • Rs. 300,000 Sum Insured (SI).

  • Room rent: 2% of SI for Normal and 4% of SI for ICU.

  • Maternity Benefit: Rs. 60,000

Employees can also avail of voluntary medical insurance plan through TTEC. They can include their parents and/parents in-laws by paying premiums for their chosen dependents.

Medical, optical and dental fund

We understand that health costs can go beyond what’s covered in your regular medical plan. That’s why we provide the Medical, Optical, and Dental (MOD) Benefit Fund, which provides extra financial support to help you and your dependents with non-covered health-related expenses.

You can use your MOD benefit for necessary healthcare costs such as:

  • Medicines from pharmacies [FOR CONFIRMATION]

  • Medical procedures not covered under your healthcare plan

  • Ophthalmological needs like eye exams and glasses

  • Dental services not included in your PhilCare plan

The MOD fund is available to all full-time and part-time employees. Funds are renewed annually and paid through payroll, making it easy and convenient to use. Plus, you can earn additional MOD funds by completing wellness activities!

Mental health program

At TTEC, we believe it’s okay to be human and to talk openly about life, challenges, and mental health. Our commitment to your emotional well-being is reflected in our “It’s Ok, We’re All Human” program. Through this initiative, we proudly offer resources and support that help you feel seen, heard, and cared for:

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to support you and your immediate family with life’s challenges. We offer tools and resources available 24/7, and it’s completely free. You don’t need to be enrolled in a TTEC health plan to use it. EAP gives you access to helpful services like:

  • Short-term professional counseling services

  • Resources on a variety of topics, including stress, work-life balance, parenting, relationships, family matters, grief, substance abuse, legal, and financial

  • Up to six (6) in-person or virtual counseling sessions per year per need

Financial & Income Protection

Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance

TTEC provides employee coverage through its Group Life Insurance plan. Effective from the first day of your employment, the insurance coverage includes:

  • Group Personal Accident and Disability benefits: 10 times monthly salary, provided by The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.

  • Life Insurance and Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI), which covers both natural and accidental death, provided by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

  • Leaves of absence, including maternity leave (105 days for live birth, 60 days for miscarriage and emergency termination of pregnancy), additional 15 days paid leave for solo-parent mothers, 1 to 7 days paid leave for fathers or alternate care givers, and 3-5 days bereavement leave.
