Health and Wellness Benefits in the Poland
Healthcare coverage
Healthcare is personal, so TTEC offers a private health plan with
LuxMed Medical insurance. Employees have the option to sign up for LuxMed and choose among three plans. They can also add a parent package .
LuxMed provides:

Access to a wide scope of medical services, including 1000 medical centers, diagnostic laboratories and hospitals across Poland

Eyecare reimbursment for prescribed corrective glasses or contact lenses specifically for computer work, based on a medical recommendation
Medical, optical and dental fund
We understand that health costs can go beyond what’s covered in your regular medical plan. That’s why we provide the Medical, Optical, and Dental (MOD) Benefit Fund, which provides extra financial support to help you and your dependents with non-covered health-related expenses.
The MOD fund is available to all full-time and part-time employees. Funds are renewed annually and paid through payroll, making it easy and convenient to use. Plus, you can earn additional MOD funds by completing wellness activities!

Employee Capital Plan
Save for retirement though the Employee Capital Plan (PPK), funded by TTEC, the state and you. All employees between the ages of 18 and 55 will automatically be enrolled in the PPK after 90 days of employment. Employees older than 55 will be enrolled upon their request.
