In 2025, the spirit of giving back at TTEC was stronger than ever. Through the TTEC Foundation, our employees, partners, and communities united to create a wave of positive change across the globe. It was a year defined by purpose-driven work, where every contribution, big or small, helped build a better future.

This year’s TTTEC Foundation initiatives were a powerful reflection of our core values: compassion, inclusion, and a deep sense of social responsibility. From empowering students with educational resources to providing critical aid after natural disasters, we proved that when we work together, our collective impact is limitless. Let’s explore some of the incredible moments that made 2025 a landmark year for the TTEC Foundation.

Empowering the Next Generation Through Education

TTEC has always been among leading CX companies helping schools and nonprofit organizations. At TTEC Foundation, we believe education is the cornerstone of a thriving community, and it remains a primary focus of our initiatives. Our goal is to remove barriers to learning and create opportunities for students to reach their full potential.

In 2025, our employee-driven grants powered innovation and support at schools and educational nonprofits around the world.

Fueling Curiosity with Technology and Resources

In the Philippines, hundreds of computers and learning tools have made their way into public school classrooms, helping young learners build essential digital skills for the future.

Public schools, such as Kakawate Elementary School in Bulacan, Luac Elementary School in Pangasinan, and Maasin National Comprehensive High School in Iloilo have received funding and vital resources—from reading materials and classroom supplies, to TV screens, electric fans, printers, air-conditioning units, fire extinguishers, and first aid equipment. These investments create safer, more supportive learning environments where students can focus, grow, and thrive.

Building Community With Big Brothers Big Sisters

In Houston, Texas, TTEC Foundation partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, empowering more than 700 students for a successful school year. With the help of employee sponsor McKaya Anderson, the team distributed essential classroom supplies, connected students and their families to social service providers, and created a supportive environment that showed every child they are valued and not alone.

As Program VP Brian Ervin shared, “This event is a celebration of what happens when a community shows up for its youth. It's about showing kids they're valued, supported, and not alone.”

Creating Safe Spaces for Growth

Children in foster care found a beacon of hope at the CASA Clubhouse in Southwest Missouri, where a TTEC Foundation grant funded new educational toys and restocked nutritious snacks and drinks. Serving roughly 150 children each month, the Clubhouse provides a place of healing, hope, and personal choice—from a Kid's Closet of belongings to the Regulation Station for calming snacks.

The program continues to fill essential gaps, foster positive family moments, and help break cycles of abuse and neglect.

Inspiring STEM Skills at the Oasis Center

Support for STEM education grew broader with the Oasis Center’s Bike Workshop in Nashville, Tennessee. Supported by TTEC Digital, the Oasis Center teaches youth to refurbish bicycles from frame to finish, building confidence and hands-on STEM skills in schools throughout the year.

Graduates not only learn safety and engineering fundamentals, but they also gain independence and some even land jobs in local bike shops. This program is free, culminating in a group ride to apply new skills and celebrate achievement.

Making Learning an Adventure

We also believe in the power of experiential learning. In Yuma, Arizona, a grant from the TTEC Foundation sponsored a STEM-focused field trip for seventh graders, allowing them to visit the San Diego Air and Space Museum. For many, it was their first time traveling outside their hometown, opening their eyes to new career possibilities in science and technology. These experiences do more than teach; they inspire.

Strengthening Communities from Within

Our TTEC community impact is driven by the people who know their local needs best: our employees. The TTEC Foundation stands out because it is entirely employee-led, empowering team members to champion the causes they care about most and enabling authentic, lasting change in their communities.

Bringing Clean Water to Iloilo

One of the most moving examples of TTEC community impact came from a remote public school in Iloilo, Philippines. The school’s faculty, teachers, and parents previously had to walk up to two hours to access clean water for students. Thanks to the support from the TTEC Foundation, a deep-water system was built at the school.

Now, the entire school community enjoys a reliable, local supply of fresh water. This project not only improved health and daily life but underscored what’s possible when we rally together for those in need.

Building Shelters of Hope in Mexico

In 2025, the TTEC Foundation brought to life a range of inspiring, employee-nominated projects. One standout story is the Hope Homes project in Mexico. Supported by a passionate TTEC Digital employee sponsor, this initiative funded the purchase of a 2.4-acre plot of land in Puerto Escondido. This marks the beginning of a safe haven for at-risk and vulnerable children, where new dormitories, a community kitchen, and a secure learning environment will soon take shape.

Once complete, the Hope Homes facility will provide shelter, English education, healthy meals, and security to as many as 200 children—giving peace of mind to families and brighter prospects to the region’s youth.

The Power of Employee Volunteering Multiplied

Our employee volunteering programs are at the heart of our outreach, turning vision into meaningful impact. In December 2025, more than 500 employees across the Philippines participated in our third annual TTEC Foundation donation event, volunteering at 14 different locations.

Employees spent the day with students, facilitating activities, playing games, assessing urgent needs, and building connections with schools and local communities. These efforts strengthened ties between employees and their neighborhoods, making a real difference both in and outside the workplace.
