What You’ll be Doing 

  • Looking for an opportunity to be part of a team that delivers excellent training? You'll conducts training sessions, workshops, or classes using various techniques such as presentations, group discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Also, you will adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • You'll report to the Director of Learning & Development in EMEA, and work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, to identify training needs and align training initiatives with client goals.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Facilitates new hire training and applicable client training.
  • Needs to possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the specific area or skill being taught.
  • Provides individual coaching or mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance. Offer guidance and support to help individuals achieve their learning objectives.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training, such as scheduling training sessions, managing training resources, maintaining training records, and preparing training reports.
  • Provides, coordinates, analyzes, and consolidates all necessary data to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and vendor standards
  • Identifies training needs by analyzing results in training, nesting and Production and partners with client on creating & implementing remedial action plans.
  • Responsible for new hire performance in training and nesting and supports the nesting phase with customized coaching and refreshers.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 2 years experience as a trainer 
  • Working in a similar position within the human resources, sales training, and/or employee development field
  • Training and platform skills encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Extensive knowledge of an inside sales or contact center sales organization
  • Performance evaluation, coaching, and counseling for improvement
  • Systems and business process skills
  • Functional knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc. or Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chat, Calendar, Meet, etc.
  • Learning Management Systems and Sales Enablement tools and practices
