THE DEPARTMENT
The role of the RevGen learning and development team is to scale valuable output and consistently 
improve sales results at all levels by planning, coordinating, and directing learning, knowledge, change, 
and performance management activities in pursuit of greater seller success, leading to better margins 
and revenue growth.


THE POSITION 
The Supervisor is responsible for the following actions, behaviors, and results:
• Interview, hire and lead a team of Sales Effectiveness & Enablement Specialists, using SMART 
goaling for mentoring and coaching of team members.
• Onboard new sellers efficiently, ensuring confidence and value addition to their Line of Business and 
the organization.
• Utilize the ADDIE model to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate sales learning 
programs for new hires and experienced sellers.
• Collaborate with sales operation leaders to develop a comprehensive continuing education sales 
training program for all levels within the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding of new sellers by liaising with various departments and teams.
• Manage multiple sales learning initiatives to maximize the value of learning deliverables, including 
tracking and change management tasks.
• Select appropriate instructional methods and manage sales learning tools to ensure continual 
improvement and enhancement for sellers.


EDUCATION
The preferred candidate will hold an associate degree in a related field, three to five years related 
experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
The preferred candidate has noteworthy experience in the following areas:
• Working in a similar position within the human resources, sales training, and/or employee
development field
• Training and platform skills encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and 
evaluation
• Extensive knowledge of an inside sales or contact center sales organization
• Performance evaluation, coaching, and counseling for improvement
• Systems and business process skills
• Functional knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
or Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chat, Calendar, Meet, etc.
• Learning Management Systems and Sales Enablement tools and practices
• Blooms Taxonomy or other related action-oriented learning outcome tool
